LIFTING EQUIPMENT INSPECTOR – REDRUTH DEPOT

We currently have a vacancy for a fitter/engineer in our Avonmouth depot, and we invite applications from individuals who have existing mechanical engineering skills. Those skills do not necessarily need to come from the lifting equipment industry, but it would be an advantage to have LEEA qualifications and basic electrical engineering knowledge. Most importantly, we want to hear from people who have the ‘can do’ attitude and desire to develop new skills. This role presents a fantastic chance for you to progress in our industry and as a growing company, there are opportunities to further your career for individuals with the drive to succeed.

Here is what we are looking for:

Experienced mechanical engineer, ideally with existing knowledge of lifting equipment

LEEA qualifications desirable but not essential

A willingness to contribute to the overall team effort

Attention to detail and accuracy when recording information

Ability to solve problems and the capacity to take ownership

Current driving licence and a considerate driver

In return, we will offer you a fair salary that will both reflect the role and what you can bring to it – we aim to recognise the individual and not just the job role. You will be eligible to be part of our employee profit share plan, pension scheme and a 25-day holiday entitlement. Equally as important as the remuneration is the promise that we look out for our team and we pride ourselves on being a great company to work for.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: upon application
